Quality Assurance at Every Phase From Design Through Delivery

The corporate goal at Plastics Research is a total commitment to meet or exceed all internal, customer and regulatory requirements, while continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.    

Plastics Research Corporation is AS9100 Certified. The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for the control of our products, and for the presentation to the customer for acceptance only those products that conform to the requirements specified in the contract.

The Quality Assurance Department is also responsible for providing formal inspections and tests at established points throughout the manufacturing and assembly process. Evidence and records of these inspections and tests are a part of their responsibility.

Our "Quality Assurance Manual," "Manufacturing Operating Instructions," "Blue Print Specifications," "Quality Assurance Instructions," and "Acceptance Test Procedures" are used to perform all required inspections.
