Modern Facility for Specialized FRP Development and Production

Plastics Research Corporation occupies a 100,000 square foot facility situated on approximately eight acres of land. The building is exceptionally well equipped with over 10,000 sq/ft of lamination/grinding booths, and another 10,000 sq/ft dedicated to our open and RTM molding operations. Shipping and Receiving, with 11 loading docks, is approximately 14,000 sq/ft. Our LPMC™ manufacturing operation uses 7,500 sq/ft of space. We have recently installed a group of custom designed compression molding machines for economic molding of high volume container components, using some 10,000 sq/ft. In addition, a state of the art dust collection and resin pumping system has recently been installed. The final assembly, inspection, staging, and offices make up the balance of our facility.
