PRC offers a wide range of capabilities
to meet the most demanding needs

PRC has the resources for supporting a variety of manufacturing processes, such as Open-Molded FRP, RTM, Compression Molded (LPMC™) and Pre-preg & Epoxy Vacuum-Bagging. Our facility in Ontario, California, is equipped with over 10,000 square feet of laminating/grinding booths; over 10,000 square feet for compression molding operations, 7,500 square feet for our LPMC™ manufacturing operation, and a matrix of overhead material handling cranes.

As part of PRC’s continual improvement and quality assurance process, we are actively pursuing Lean methods for manufacturing our products. With this in mind, we are constantly seeking ways to make improvements to our manufacturing processes.

PRC utilizes state of the art inspection equipment such as a large capacity Faro CMM (which may reference master data sets such as Pro/E or other 3D CAD models) and a three axis Brown & Sharpe CMM.
